£20,000 Basic, £70,000 OTE + Car + Benefits.
This is a great field sales role for a highly polished and tenacious field sales professional with Business to Business sales experience looking to significantly increase their earning potential.
The role is covering North London, West London and Middlesex selling consultancy solutions into SME's and corporates. The top field sales executive in the UK earned £180K in 2009 and most of the team are earning in excess of £90K. The ideal living location for the role would be Enfield, Watford, St Albans, Hemel Hempstead.
The role is with the UK's largest provider of HR and employment law services with a significant brand and market presence. Whilst you are expected to make some of your own appointments the role is backed by a dedicated team of 4 tele-appointers and typically they will make between 12 and 15 appointments for you per week. Your role is to present, pitch and follow up clients to achieve the expected closing ratio of 1 in 3 appointments. The role is selling monthly retainers for employers to access their resources and services such as access to specialist employment lawyers, forms and procedures and advice lines.
This is a field based role that requires a consummate sales professional that is well presented, credible, engaging and highly dynamic.
