Sales Executive, Software into Recruitment Industry, Cardiff, Wales
Up to £23,000 Basic, £40,000 OTE (Uncapped) plus additional benefits.

Fantastic opportunity within a market leading technology company that is ideal for a proven successful recruiter looking to get out of the recruitment industry or someone that has sold job board advertising (or similar) into the recruitment industry. The role is internally based in Cardiff Bay, Cardiff.

To apply you will be an impeccably presented, dynamic, articulate, success oriented professional with a proven career of over achievement. You will be used to selling concepts at a senior level and some experience of face to face sales would be beneficial. The ideal candidate will be a graduate that has also excelled outside of work perhaps in sport, charity fundraising, youth working (such as Scouts, cadets, etc.), travelling, etc.
This well backed software house has developed a unique product that helps to develop leads and business generation within the recruitment industry. Now having celebrated their 4th year of continuing success the business are looking to grow their sales team. The role is targeting recruitment businesses from SME's to corporates and introducing the hugely impressive web based product. Normally offered on a trial basis to potential clients the product rapidly becomes a 'must have' as it makes recruiters more efficient and profitable. Targeting primarily specialist contract and permanent recruitment businesses the role requires an individual that understands the recruitment industry and is ideally suited to an individual looking to get out of recruitment or someone that has sold job board services or digital advertising into the recruitment sector.

To succeed you will be bright, customer service oriented and proactive with a natural rapport building sales approach. You will possess the strength of personality to sell to recruiters, who are by nature often difficult beasts! You will have experience of experience of working within a target driven business and understand the recruitment industry with the ability to empathise with the problems that recruiters face on a daily basis.

You will have the aptitude to hit monthly targets and overcome complex objections. In return you will receive a competitive basic salary, high on-target-earnings that are uncapped, generous holiday (plus statutory bank holidays) and an exceptional team-working environment.
